    Return Policy 

    • Returns on clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE for a STORE CREDIT. We do not offer refunds! 
    • All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. 
    • Store credits will be issued with a CODE emailed
    • for your returned item(s) once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received at our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Idaho Thunderbird LLC does not credit original shipping charges.
    • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    • All items must be returned in NEW condition.  This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit.

    Cancellation Policy ~ Can I Cancel My Order?

    We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.

    Shipping & Processing

    Once retail orders are placed, the items will be shipped in 1-4 business days unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us at thethunderbirdboutique@gmail.com and we will make arrangements to rush your items. 

    If an order is shipped from Idaho Thunderbird to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. Idaho Thunderbird  WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Idaho Thunderbird WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

     

    Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

    • Once a package is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands if a package is lost. Idaho Thunderbird will not be held responsible. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS.
    • All packages sent out have GPS tracking information embedded in the barcode. 

    • If an item states "delivered" but you did not receive you will need to contact your local post office in the event that they mistakenly stated the package as delivered, but still have it in their possession. If the package does not turn up with those steps, we must allow 15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for the package to show up. If it does not turn up within this time frame, we ask that you email Idaho Thunderbird for further steps.
    • If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Idaho Thunderbird IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

    • If item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item to thethunderbirdboutique@gmail.com
    •  A customer service representative will assist further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out, otherwise store credit will be issued.

    You will be notified immediately if an item is on backorder or any other means of being delayed and given an ETA on when you will receive it. If an item becomes discontinued while on backorder, you will receive an immediate refund. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock with a given availability date. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers.
